- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging (if applicable).
- If your item came in shrink wrap, it must remain unopened for a full refund. Opened items are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Digital Products: All digital music purchases are final and non-refundable.
- Sale Items: Items purchased at a discount or on sale are not eligible for a refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
